We spent the period from mid-March till end of April in Lyngen this year, and we loved every day, in fact it was hard to go home when the time was up. After many years of skiing mostly on the northern half of Lyngen Alps, we also ventured a bit further south and north-east of the actual Lyngen peninsula. The snow stayed cold and we skied powder also in April. When the western winds grew to strong we found good snow in couloirs and sheltered bowls.
