All-inclusive guided off-piste skiing holiday in Alagna.
Alagna is a small town in Valesia, Monte Rosa, Italy, that has so far escaped mass tourism and retained its century-old mountain village character. We go there to feel the calm atmosphere and ski big off-piste runs in a truly alpine environment.
You will spend 6 days of off-piste skiing with a local UIAGM mountain guide, who has chosen mountain-skiing as a life style. It our personal challenge to find the best snow in the area. We aim to keep safety high, and ski virgin powder while improving your skiing and teaching you about avalanche and glacier safety.
Private groups will be taken to places that suit everybody’s skiing ability. We will know about the best weather and snow conditions for your ski day.
It’s a fully organized, all-inclusive, off-piste ski holiday with your private mountain guide; a guaranteed successful vacation with family or friends!
Monte Rosa Ski Area
From the highest lift, Passo Salati (2971), we get to ski 2000m vertical on the Indren glacier down into the Sesia or the Gressoney valley. It is a massive area that gives us a lot to discover; descents over glaciers, into big open bowls and narrow steep couloirs.
Our local Alagna ski guide knows plenty of hidden spots to ensure safety and find us untracked powder many days after the last snowfall. By short hikes from the Salati pass we get access the even more terrain and the true off-piste heaven in the Monte Rosa massif.
There is also the opportunity of doing a day of heli-skiing during the week. An ascent with helicopter to Lysjoch or Signalkuppe gives us 2500 height meter of skiing down to Zermatt. Lifts and off-piste runs take us all the way back to Alagna.
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
The B&B is an old, but newly renovated, traditional house in the historical mountain village Razza. Just outside Alagna, in a beautiful native environment, we are hosted in a friendly and genuine Italian ambience. This B&B provides the ideal base for a relaxing week focused on off-piste skiing.
