Skiing and climbing photos – galleries from adventures and expeditions

We started our day from the topstation of Flegere and are now on the second ptich of our climb.

We follow the south west ridge of the Index.

Finally we pop out of the clouds, Alan and Kevin are at the 5th belay and I am almost at the top. Now we get a good look at the Aiguilles of Chamonix and Mont Blanc in the back ground.

Great rock and fantastic views!

At 1 o´clock we reach the summit.

From the summit we rapell 40 meters and then continue along a short ridge,...

...before we get to less exposed terrain. In the back you see the summit of the Index.

The last few hundered meters of walking before we arrive back at the chair lift.
