Mounain Spirit Guiding
Driving to Le Contamine in the morning we got a good view at Dom du Miage and the glacier du Armancette where we will come down tomorrow.
We started of in the Contamine ski area over the col du Fenetre, from where we also got a good look onto our further ascent towards Pain du Sucre.
After the ski down from the col du Fnetre it is time to put our skins back on and keep walking.
From our first rest piont we get a good look back to the col du Fenetre and where we came from.
The girls are ready to attack and so we keep skinning...
...up past Mt.Tondu and Pain du Sucre.
1550 hm in our legs we reach the col just underneath Pain du Sucre.

From the Pain du Sucre we get a nice ski down the glacier du Tondu, Anne ready to go...
1850hm, 7hours of exercise... time to sit down, we have reached the Conscrits hut!

day2: At about 9 o´clock we leave the Conscrits hut.
Up along the Glacier du Tre la Tete. In the back ground you get a better look at where we skied down yesterday.
4 hours later we reach the col just below the final summit ridge of Dom du Miage.

At about 1 o´clock Benny gets the first turns in on the Glacier du Armancette.

Time to start walking, we have skied over 2000hm vertical..
..and have about 300hm of walking left.
At about 3 o´clock we reach the car; time for a beer!
